Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible Operational Commercial Assistant to support commercial and operational functions in the dynamic graphic arts sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support customer management and quotation tracking. 2. Coordinate the opening of production orders and personnel documentation. 3. Handle inquiries from internal customers, external customers, and suppliers. Our business lines include: Large-Format Printing; Booth Production; Set Design Production. Therefore, we are seeking a highly committed, responsible, proactive, and capable individual to provide support in the following functions for the position of Operational Commercial Assistant: * Update and maintain the customer database and generate new contacts. * Prepare quotations jointly with the commercial executive and track their progress. * Initiate production orders to the operations department in accordance with customer requirements. * Verify and submit operational staff documentation to obtain work permits for client-designated zones. * Handle inquiries and requests from internal customers, external customers, and suppliers.
