Ideal for students with afternoon availability We seek a dynamic male candidate committed to ensuring administrative processes run accurately during afternoon hours. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in administrative, marketing, communications, or related technical or university programs. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or administrative roles. * **Key Competencies:** * **Technological Proficiency:** Fluent use of WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, and administrative software (Alegra preferred). * **Attention to Detail:** Document management, billing, and archiving. **Key Responsibilities** * **Commercial Management:** Answering calls, messages, and attending to patients arriving at the clinic * **Scheduling Management:** Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling virtual and in-person appointments * **Billing and Collections:** Issuing electronic invoices and verifying patient payments prior to session commencement. * **Administrative Support** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 12:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Ideal for students). * **Salary:** $1,750,952 + Statutory benefits + Pro-rated transportation allowance. * **Contract Type:** Employment contract Job Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site
