It is essential that the candidate has in-depth knowledge of the target area to facilitate land search and evaluation. Preferably with the ability to identify electrical networks. Important: Must have personal transportation, preferably a motorcycle. Responsibilities: * Search for and evaluate land suitable for photovoltaic energy project development, considering technical, regulatory, and environmental criteria. * Travel within the target area to identify potential land parcels and collect key information regarding accessibility and availability. * Verify basic land characteristics, such as proximity to electrical networks, identification of electrical equipment, location, property boundaries, and possible environmental restrictions. * Contact owners of identified land parcels and gather information to assess negotiation feasibility. * Document prospective land parcels, consolidating relevant information for analysis by the technical and commercial teams.
