




Job Summary: Responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, tax obligations, payroll, and accounting records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of accounts payable and receivable. 2. Management of bank reconciliations and DIAN invoicing. 3. Support in payroll processing and accounting closings. **Accounts Payable and Receivable** * Record and track supplier and customer invoices. * Verify that supporting documents comply with current tax requirements. * Prepare aging reports for overdue receivables and balance aging. * Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely payments to suppliers of supplies and raw materials. **Bank Reconciliations** * Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts. * Identify and resolve discrepancies between the accounting ledger and bank statements. * Maintain up-to-date controls for checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments. **Invoicing and Tax Obligations (DIAN)** * Generate and validate electronic invoices submitted to DIAN in accordance with current regulations. * Support preparation and filing of tax returns (VAT, withholding taxes, income tax). * Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical archives of tax-related documents. **Payroll and Social Security** * Support payroll calculation processes for plant and administrative staff. * Process social security contributions (health, pension, occupational risk insurance) and parafiscal levies. * Monitor payroll-related events: overtime hours, absences, medical leaves. **Other Responsibilities** * Record accounting entries in the company's information system. * Support monthly and annual accounting closings.
