Your seasoning, attention to detail in plating, and technical skill will define our menu. **What will you do daily?** * **Plate Magic:** Prepare, plate, and add the finishing touches to our signature menu items with impeccable presentation. * **Technical Mastery:** Apply top culinary techniques to ensure consistent quality across every service. * **Champion-Level Organization:** Manage your *mise en place*, control ingredient rotation, and guarantee nothing is ever missing during operations. * **Team Leadership:** Guide and coordinate the kitchen assistant team to ensure seamless service flow. * **Space Stewardship:** Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized workstations, equipment, and supplies under strict inventory and standards controls. **What we’re looking for in you:** * **Passion & Technique:** A love for gastronomy, refined plating, and respect for ingredients.
