Department: Operations / Logistics Contract Type: Fixed-term contract Purpose of the Position: Plan, coordinate, and execute dispatches of pots, plants, and accessories, ensuring timely, complete, and undamaged deliveries. This role is critical to optimizing routes, timelines, and costs, guaranteeing a positive experience for customers, stores, and logistics partners. Main Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate daily dispatches according to orders and inventory. Define delivery routes and priorities. Coordinate loading with warehouse staff and assistants. Generate shipping guides, delivery notes, and dispatch documentation. Verify orders (completeness, packaging, and product condition). Track deliveries and confirm fulfillment. Manage internal and external carriers. Report and handle exceptions, delays, or incidents. Coordinate dispatches to stores and end customers. Monitor delivery timelines, costs, and efficiency. Maintain constant communication with customer service. Consolidate logistics performance reports. Propose improvements to routes, timelines, and processes. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Logistics, Transportation, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatch or logistics. Knowledge of routing, transportation, shipping documents, and delivery control. Basic/intermediate Excel skills (preferred).
