Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Manager responsible for strategic execution and business management within the individual life insurance line, serving as a liaison between departments and ensuring achievement of performance indicators. Comprehensive management of intermediaries and sales force We are looking for a Commercial Manager who fulfills the following responsibilities: Purpose Ensure proper execution of commercial activities and their strategic alignment, within the framework of business management and placement, achievement of business performance indicators, and the individual life insurance line for assigned administrative agencies and the entire sales force under their scope, as well as serving as a liaison among various company departments to ensure correct execution of business for this segment. Responsibilities Meet the budget previously assigned by Management and Commercial Directorate Analyze sales force performance indicators such as persistence, harvest rates, productivity, convertibility, recruitment, among others, in order to propose actions and/or improvement plans that enhance the commercial performance of the sales force. Provide strategic support to the Commercial Director in identifying and leveraging channel opportunities, contributing to business development and expansion Ensure proper follow-up, management, and agreements in onboarding assigned intermediaries, supporting comprehensive intermediary service in commercial relationship management. We strive to deliver timely and effective solutions at all times Requirements **Academic Qualifications:** Technical or technological degree, or final-semester students in administrative or related fields relevant to this role. **Experience:** Over one year in commercial areas and/or related functions within the insurance sector. Knowledge of insurance products, intermediary management, and strong orientation toward internal and external customers. **Knowledge:** Knowledge of life and health insurance (individuals) Customer service knowledge (insurance sector). Knowledge of marketing intangible services Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
