A heavy cargo transportation company located in Medellín and Copacabana is seeking a **Human Resources Assistant**, holding a Technical or Technologist degree in Human Resources Management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. We seek a person with Physical or Motor Disability affecting the body, muscles, bones, or movement, causing difficulty walking; includes use of wheelchairs or crutches. With Hearing Disability: partial hearing loss. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Comprehensive attention and accompaniment for drivers. \- Management and control of operational shift scheduling and personnel programming. \- Monitoring payroll incidents, medical leaves, permits, absences, and vacations. \- Support in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of drivers and operational staff. \- Validation and verification of resumes and entry requirements. \- Support in social security affiliations, provision of work equipment, and documentation archiving. \- Database control and updating. \- Monitoring compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and company procedures. \- Support in well-being activities, training, and human resources management at the Medellín and Copacabana offices. **Key Competencies:** \- Excellent communication and internal customer service. \- High frustration tolerance and ability to work under pressure. \- Effective problem-solving skills. \- Empathy, commitment, and sense of belonging. \- Knowledge of labor legislation. \- Intermediate Excel proficiency. \- Operational organization, monitoring, and control. **Salary:** $2\.400\.000 **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract Education: * Completed University Technical Degree (Desirable) Experience: * two: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
