This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Ensure the reliability of customer-submitted information regarding orders and purchase orders for the secondary packaging process in JobBoss software, billing reports, and control of area consumables. **Requirements** -------------- * Technical, technological, professional degree holder, or university student in their 4th semester in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory handling and basic inventory knowledge. * Knowledge of database administration and data entry. * Proficiency in Windows environment and applications (SAP). * Availability to work at the Yumbo consolidation center. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Enter quotations, orders, and purchase orders into the system for the secondary packaging process. * Enter order and purchase order information into the system for execution of the packaging process. * Digitize inventory balances in the system. * Close orders and purchase orders in the system. * Generate proforma invoices and cut-off reports in the system. * Respond to customer-generated requests. * Safeguard, protect, and preserve infrastructure, personal protective equipment, customers’ products, and assigned or issued resources, and submit corresponding reports to your immediate supervisor upon identifying substandard conditions. * Prevent incidents (e.g., theft, damage to goods, etc.), fines or sanctions from regulatory bodies, or events affecting service quality—thereby avoiding justified customer claims—based on your knowledge and within the scope of your role.
