Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare ingredients, maintain cleanliness, assist in dish preparation, and manage supplies, ensuring food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Good working environment 2. Immediate hiring An IPS located in the north of Bogotá requires kitchen assistants**,** men or women aged 25 to 45 years with at least six months of kitchen experience. Responsibilities include: * **Ingredient Preparation**: Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits, as well as measuring and weighing ingredients. * **Cleaning**: Keeping the kitchen clean and organized, including cleaning utensils and work surfaces. * **Assistance in Dish Preparation**: Preparing dishes following menus and instructions, providing assistance as needed. * **Supply Management**: Receiving and storing food items, ensuring they remain fresh and in good condition. * **Compliance with Safety and Health Regulations**: Adhering to food safety and health regulations to guarantee the safety of served dishes. **WE OFFER:** First month on service contract Second month on fixed-term contract directly with the institution. Affiliation with EPS (Health Promotion Entity), ARL (Occupational Risk Administrator), Pension Fund, and Family Compensation Fund. Day shifts, Sunday to Sunday (days off: one Saturday and one Sunday per month; additional compensatory days during the week; surcharges recognized for Sundays and holidays).
