**MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **Location:** Northern part of the city **Contract type:** Indefinite-term contract (as applicable) **Salary:** $1,500,000 + all statutory benefits **Job Profile** We are seeking a responsible, committed, and detail-oriented **Maintenance Assistant**, preferably with experience in general or hotel maintenance, to support operational and preventive infrastructure maintenance activities. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in general or hotel maintenance. * Basic knowledge in: * Plumbing * Painting * Electrical systems * Ability to follow instructions, maintain order, and adhere to work schedules. * Proactive, responsible, and organized attitude. * Proficiency in preparing and managing maintenance reports and records. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform basic tasks in **plumbing, painting, and electrical systems**. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. * Support the preservation and good condition of facilities. * Prepare and submit **maintenance reports**. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the maintenance area. * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Working Hours** * **Monday:** 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Tuesday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * **Saturday:** 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Sundays and holidays:** As scheduled (if applicable) **We Offer** * Job stability. * Competitive salary of **$1,500,000**. * All **statutory benefits**. * A positive work environment.
