Job Summary: Assists users with reception, personal care, medication administration, and health monitoring, ensuring their well-being and recording observations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct care and support to users in their daily activities. 2. Safe administration of medications and monitoring of vital signs. 3. Identification of warning signs to ensure user well-being. Handle user reception and departure. * Supervise and support basic hygiene and functional activities (diaper changes, feeding, hydration, etc). * Administer medications following biosafety protocols and medical prescriptions. * Assist users with mobility, communication, and other needs to promote their well-being. * Measure vital signs: temperature, blood pressure, etc. * Identify warning signs (pain, diarrhea, fever, complaints, difficulty walking, fatigue, lethargy, behavioral changes) and document them in the appropriate forms for the director's awareness. * Complete required documents and reports clearly, thoroughly, promptly, and truthfully, in accordance with established procedures. * Maintain order in workshops, dining areas, and restrooms, as well as cleanliness of cabinets and other dining-related items (cloths, tablecloths, aprons, etc). * Exercise internal control of the position.
