**Packaging Assistant (Night Shift)** **Location:** Medellín, Antioquia **Modality:** In-person At Domina, we have been supporting the transformation of companies in Colombia for over 35 years with logistics, BPO, and digital solutions. Today, we want to welcome committed and responsible individuals to our team who wish to grow with us in the role of **Packaging Assistant on Night Shift**. **Your mission will be:** To perform product packaging, unloading, preparation, inventory control, and other functions related to logistics operations. **Profile we are seeking:** * **Residence:** Medellín * **Education:** High school diploma (experience in operational and logistics tasks is desirable). * **Experience:** Prior experience in packaging, loading/unloading, inventory management, or similar functions (desirable). * **Knowledge:** * Basic inventory management. * Product organization and classification. * Teamwork and attention to detail. **Position conditions:** * **Schedule:** Sunday to Saturday on a fixed night shift: * Shift from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. or from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. * Rest day on Saturday (no shift that day). If a holiday falls on Saturday, the shift resumes on Monday night. * **Contract:** Direct permanent contract with the company. * **Benefits:** All statutory benefits (health insurance, pensions, severance pay, compensation fund), night shift premiums, and Sunday/holiday premiums.
