Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant with experience in payroll processes and payroll software applications to provide operational and functional support to users. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service skills We are looking for your talent! \| Payroll Assistant If you have experience in payroll processes and have worked with payroll applications (ideally Siesa's Nómina Web), this opportunity may be for you. What will you do? Provide operational and functional support to users by resolving inquiries and managing payroll-related processes within the application. We are looking for individuals who have: ✔ Payroll experience (settlement, payroll events, social security) ✔ Proficiency in payroll systems (Nómina Web preferred) ✔ Current knowledge of Colombian labor legislation ✔ Technical or professional education in accounting or related fields ✔ Strong customer service skills Bonus: Experience providing user support.
