Foster a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests across all recreational activities and areas by demonstrating an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude. Monitor activities at recreational facilities and respond appropriately per local operating procedures in the event of an emergency. Promote recreational facility rules and regulations. Identify situations where guests cannot safely participate in an activity and report them to a supervisor/manager. Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive. Collect, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; complete safety training and obtain required certifications. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all fellow team members and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds (11.25 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery (e.g., to identify defects). Enter and locate job-related information using computers or point-of-sale systems. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. Reach above shoulder height and below knee level, including bending, twisting the waist, pulling, and stooping. Move across inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairways. Climb up and down service stairways and/or ramps. Perform other reasonable job-related tasks as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Relevant Work Experience: No relevant work experience required. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
