Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the quality of materials and products by executing quality management processes in the laboratory and on production lines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform laboratory methods (physical, chemical, hydrodynamic) 2. Conduct inspections on production lines to ensure product and process quality 3. Manage inventory of non-conforming products and process rejections **About the Role:** Responsible for ensuring material and product quality requirements according to shift assignments in the laboratory and on production lines, by executing quality management area processes. **What You Will Do:** * Perform laboratory methods: physical, chemical (basic), and hydrodynamic tests on raw materials, materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products; prepare required reports (physical or digital) for manufacturing or product development processes. * Conduct inspections on production lines to ensure product and process quality, coordinating with respective departments to implement corrective actions in case of non-compliance findings. * Manage the shift’s non-conforming product inventory together with production and logistics departments, issuing corresponding alerts. * Perform sampling of materials and raw materials as part of the release process. * Process rejections and claims against suppliers of materials and raw materials, coordinating with warehouses to ensure proper handling procedures for supplies. * Deliver basic quality training on production lines. **Who You Are:** Technical or technological degree in Quality, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Production, Laboratory Sciences, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in quality-related areas.
