We are looking for a committed, responsible, and highly motivated Production Assistant to support production processes, ensuring compliance with the company’s quality, safety, and efficiency standards. What will you do? \* Execute mixing, dosing, and packaging processes according to production orders. \* Support adherence to established production schedules and deadlines. \* Verify the condition and proper storage of raw materials and supplies. \* Apply cleaning, order, and food safety standards throughout the entire production process. \* Support quality control through activities such as product weighing, packaging, and labeling. \* Complete production records, inventory logs, and batch traceability documentation. \* Maintain an organized workplace and comply with laboratory-established procedures. What are we looking for? \* High school diploma. \* Technical or technological training in Production, Agro-industry, Industrial Processes, or related fields is desirable. \* Minimum six months of experience in operational production roles. \* Experience in food plants, laboratories, nutritional supplements, or related industries will be valued (not mandatory). \* Responsible, organized individual with attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
