Job Summary: We are seeking an honest and proactive individual to perform preventive, corrective, and tenant-related maintenance on properties, administratively managing each case. Key Highlights: 1. At Estrategia Propiedad Raíz, we seek an honest, proactive individual with a strong service attitude to join our team. **Purpose of the Position** To carry out preventive, corrective, and tenant-related maintenance on the properties we manage and on our own facilities, and to administratively manage each case in our systems. **Responsibilities** * Basic tenant repairs: plumbing, minor electrical work, locksmithing, painting, and modifications. * Preventive and corrective maintenance on managed properties and our own facilities. * Coordination of contractors and technical site visits. * Control of property handovers and returns (inspections and reports). * Registration, tracking, and closure of cases in our maintenance module (SIMI). * Preparation of reports and sending emails to property owners, suppliers, and team members (Google Workspace). * Settlement of utility bills and document custody. **Requirements** * Technical degree (graduated or currently studying) in Building Maintenance, Civil Works, Electricity, Plumbing, or related fields. * Minimum one (1) year of experience in tenant, corrective, and preventive maintenance. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email) and ease of use with management platforms. * **Desirable:** valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (motorcycle or car). **Working Conditions** * **Work Mode / City:** On-site, Medellín, with travel between properties. * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract. * **Salary:** $1,900,000 + statutory benefits. * **Transportation Allowance:** $249,095. * **Mobility Allowance:** $150,000 (if you have your own vehicle). * **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Workplace: On-site employment
