Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant (high school graduate or technical diploma holder) with 1 year of industrial experience to ensure quality control, manage customer responses, close cycles, and maintain high attention to detail. Essential functions in product quality verification and testing. **Quality Assistant:** A company in the graphic sector requires personnel with a high school diploma or technical qualification in quality or related fields, and 1 year of industrial experience. Responsibilities include activities aimed at ensuring quality control, timely management to provide satisfactory customer responses, appropriately and promptly closing cycles in response to company situations, and possessing strong attention to detail. · Salary: To be agreed upon · Contract type: Permanent · Working hours: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. · Location: Sabaneta Responsibilities: * Verify certification of process attributes for 100% of orders using defined checklists. * Report any disturbances to process leaders and document all disturbances identified during each shift. * Conduct product quality tests according to information provided in technical data sheets. * Maintain records of performed quality tests. * Verify product specifications regarding quality, safety, and/or security, and document findings. * Report whether orders are complete and confirm order closure. * Perform system validation for process initiation and closure.
