We are seeking: Forklift Operator Assistant Location: Tenjo \- Cundinamarca \- LATAM LOGISTICS PARK \- CALLE 80 We offer: * Direct employment contract with the company * Benefits Work Schedules: Monday to Saturday – rotating shifts: * 7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. * 2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. * 9:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m. * 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. * 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. * 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. * 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. * 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. * Sundays and holidays: occasional. Operation of electric or mechanical clamp forklifts.**Requirements** ---------------- Completed high school diploma Forklift operation certification Certification for working at heights (desirable) Minimum one year of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in operating clamp forklifts—electric and/or mechanical—as well as inventory management, radio frequency devices, receiving, and dispatching. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Safely and efficiently operate clamp-type forklifts (electric and/or mechanical), ensuring proper handling of goods. * Perform loading, unloading, transportation, and placement of products within the warehouse or distribution center, following established procedures. * Execute storage of goods on shelves or assigned zones, complying with safety standards and space optimization requirements. * Inspect equipment condition before use (daily checklist), reporting any anomalies or malfunctions to the relevant department. * Adhere to industrial safety standards, proper use of PPE, and internal company regulations. * Support additional operational activities such as inventory counts, picking, packing, or order preparation when required. * Ensure product integrity during handling, preventing damage or loss. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, contributing to a safe and organized environment. * Meet established operational timelines and performance targets for logistics operations. * Accurately record merchandise movements in the systems or formats specified by the company.
