At Splendor Publicidad S.A., a company with over 50 years of experience developing solutions for the retail and POP advertising sectors, we are currently seeking a committed, organized, and service-oriented Warehouse Assistant to strengthen our logistics team. * **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract of less than one year. * **Work Modality:** On-site. * **Location:** Arroyohondo – Yumbo, Valle del Cauca. * **Schedule:** Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Salary:** Minimum $1\.750\.905 plus statutory benefits. Academic Qualifications * High school graduate. * Technical or technological training in Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management, or related fields is desirable. Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to warehousing, logistics, inventory control, shipping, or receiving goods. * Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies will be valued. Main Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, supplies, and finished products. * Prepare and deliver materials according to production requisitions. * Perform order preparation and shipment, ensuring compliance with requested quantities and specifications. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records and report stock discrepancies. * Conduct cyclical inventories and support the company’s general inventories. * Organize and maintain the warehouse according to standards of order, cleanliness, and material identification. * Inspect the condition of received materials and report any inconsistencies. * Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required. * Comply with industrial safety procedures and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH\-SMS). * Ensure proper preservation of materials and tools under their responsibility.
