A commercial profile is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of the education sector and intangible products is valued. Key responsibilities include: * Making cold calls; we provide the database (BBDD). * Scheduling enrollments using a CRM. * Achieving KPIs and targets set by the commercial management team. * Performing associated administrative tasks. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in intangible sales. * Knowledge of the services sector. * More than 6 months’ experience in a contact center. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Self-management capability.
