Maintain accurate case records and communicate with third parties We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized **Settlement Coordinator Assistant** to support our busy personal injury practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documents, communicating with third parties, and helping move cases efficiently toward resolution. **This position is remote in Colombia** **Compensation:** $3,500,000 \- $3,800,000 COP yearly **Responsibilities:*** Verify health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, workers' compensation, and other liens * Request, review, and organize lien documentation * Assist with lien reduction and negotiation efforts * Draft settlement correspondence and settlement disbursement letters * Communicate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and lienholders * Maintain accurate case records and settlement tracking systems * Support the Settlement Coordinator with administrative and case\-related tasks **Qualifications:*** Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities * Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast\-paced environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software * Prior legal, insurance, healthcare billing, or administrative experience preferred * Personal injury experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate **About Company** Magendzo Law is a New York\-based personal injury law firm.
