We are looking for a FullStack Developer who not only writes code, but does so faster and better by leveraging AI tools such as **Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex**. This role is for someone who already uses AI as part of their daily workflow—not as an experiment, but as a competitive advantage. **What You’ll Do** * Develop and maintain web applications for clients and internal products. * Use Claude Code, Codex, or other AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation. * Collaborate with the design and strategy team to implement high-quality solutions. * Participate in the evolution of our internal platform Query. * Propose and implement technical improvements in active projects. **What We Expect** * Proven experience in frontend and backend development. * Active use of AI tools in your development process (Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.). * Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and communicate progress. * Mindset of continuous improvement and openness to feedback. * Availability for 100% on-site work in Bogotá. **What We Offer** * Salary between $2\.000\.000 and $2\.500\.000 depending on experience. * Employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Dynamic work environment with constant technological evolution. * Direct participation in real projects for clients across multiple industries. * Access to AI tools and licenses for your professional development.
