Implement gameplay mechanics using Verse & UEFN Pandvil creates some of the most played experiences on Fortnite, and we're now making moves into Roblox. With team members across the world and a new Colombia office on the way, we're at an exciting inflection point — growing fast, staying collaborative, and looking for people who want to be part of something that's already at the top and has even bigger ambitions ahead. * About this Role + This is a ground\-floor opportunity to join Pandvil's Colombian team as one of its first members. You'll start fully remote within Colombia, but we're actively searching for office space now and expect to be in a physical location within a few months. Medellín is our first choice, with Bogotá as a strong alternative — and where we land will be shaped in part by where our team is. Whether you're in Medellín, Bogotá, or nearby, if you're excited to be part of building something from the ground up and open to working onsite once we're established, we want to hear from you. * Requirements + Experience with Verse \& UEFN \[OR] 3\+ years of experience programming in a team environment within game engines or editors such as Godot, UE or Unity with a working understanding of Verse + 1\-2 years in UGC ecosystems is a plus *(e.g. Roblox, Fortnite, or Minecraft)* + Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing * Responsibilities + The ability to learn, \& maintain existing / new projects passed down from other teams. + Implement gameplay mechanics using Verse (Epics new language currently only used in UEFN) + Develop and extend flexible progression systems + Implement UI using Unreal Motion Graphics (UMG) in combination with Verse and Verse UI/Fields + Optimize UEFN islands arbitrary memory limits + Debug / Fix Technical Issues We're at the start of something bigger.
