Responsibilities: **Primary duties will include:** * **Development \& Customization:** Build custom features, forms, plugins, web resources, and workflows for Dynamics 365\. * **Integration:** Connect Dynamics 365 with other systems (external apps, Azure services) using APIs, SOAP, REST. * **Support \& Maintenance:** Troubleshoot issues, provide support for live systems, and ensure smooth operation. * **Collaboration:** Work with business analysts and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * **Data Management:** Handle data migration, integrity, and security within the system. Qualifications: **To land this role you will need:** * 3\+ years of MS Dynamics software development. * **Technical:** C\#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, SSIS, Dynamics 365 SDK, HTML, Azure basics, Power Platform. * **Platform Knowledge:** Deep understanding of D365 (CRM/ERP modules like Sales and Service). * **Methodologies:** Familiarity with Agile development. * **Soft Skills:** Strong problem\-solving, communication, and analytical skills. * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. **Working environment*** Hybrid (Office location: Avenida Carrera 9A \- Avenida Carrera 9A \# 115\-06/30 Edificio Torre Tierrafirme Bogotá, 110111 Colombia ) \#LI\-Hybrid \#LI\-DK1
