Summary: Seeking a senior developer to own end-to-end features for OpsSherpa, a multi-tenant ERP platform leveraging AI/RAG, data integrations, and a modern TypeScript stack. Highlights: 1. Help mature a fast-moving product into a reliable, multi-tenant system. **About the role** We're building **OpsSherpa**, a multi\-tenant ERP platform that combines AI\-powered internal support (RAG chat over a company's own documents and data), operational management tools (Summit, Scorecards, Rocks, Issues, To\-dos), HR visibility, and finance dashboards sourced from accounting systems — all in one place.We're looking for a senior developer who can own features end to end across a modern TypeScript stack, work close to the metal on AI/RAG and third\-party data integrations, and help us mature a fast\-moving product into a reliable, multi\-tenant system. **What you'll work on** * **AI \& RAG** — retrieval pipelines over a vector store (Pinecone / Cloudflare Vectorize), embedding and chunking strategy, prompt/temperature tuning for recall vs. generation, and grounded chat experiences using the latest Claude models. * **Data integrations** — robust sync engines for external sources (Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Fireflies, Google), including incremental sync, pagination, rate limits, and graceful handling of partial failures. * **Multi\-tenant platform** — Payload CMS collections, access control, and per\-org data isolation, with auth handled through Clerk. * **Product surfaces** — dashboards and tools built in React 19 \+ Next.js, Tailwind, and Radix/shadcn UI. * **Edge infrastructure** — deploying and operating on Cloudflare Workers/Pages with D1 (SQLite), R2 storage, and scheduled/ingest workers; working within edge runtime and bundle\-size constraints. **Tech stack** TypeScript · Next.js 16 · React 19 · Payload CMS 3 · Cloudflare Workers / D1 / R2 / Vectorize · Pinecone · Clerk · Tailwind v4 · Radix / shadcn · Zod · Vitest · Playwright · pnpm **What we're looking for** * 5\+ years building production web applications, with deep **TypeScript** and **React/Next.js** experience. * Strong grasp of **backend/API design**, data modeling, and SQL. * Experience with at least one of: **LLM/RAG systems**, **third\-party API integrations \& sync**, or **multi\-tenant SaaS architecture**. * Comfortable owning a feature from schema → API → UI → tests, and debugging across that whole path. * A habit of writing **automated tests** and clear, documented code — we treat tests and docstrings as part of "done." * Pragmatic about shipping on a small team: comfortable with ambiguity, good judgment on when to harden vs. when to move. **Nice to have** * Experience with **Cloudflare's edge platform** (Workers, D1, Durable Objects, Vectorize) or other serverless/edge runtimes. * Familiarity with **Payload CMS** or similar headless/code\-first CMS. * Experience designing **vector search / embeddings** pipelines in production.
