The role will be responsible for transforming operational, financial, and commercial data into reliable and scalable structures that enable analytics, digital tools, and AI-based solutions. Act as a technical bridge between Integrated Solutions and the IT team, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into data requirements, integrations, databases, and technological tools. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead data standardization and governance for Integrated Solutions in LatAm. * Design and maintain data structures for information originating from WMS, TMS, ERP, and other operational platforms. * Integrate operational, financial, and commercial data to facilitate logistics solutions analytics. * Define standards for data quality, traceability, consistency, availability, and documentation. * Identify and resolve information gaps, duplications, inconsistencies, and data quality issues. * Serve as the technical liaison between the Solutions team, IT, and other data- and technology-related areas. * Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. * Participate in the design and development of dashboards, analytical models, automations, and digital tools. * Support the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions applied to logistics processes and business decisions. * Promote the use of reliable data and information-driven decision-making methodologies. * Document data models, business rules, information sources, integration processes, and technical standards. * Train and support the Solutions team in the proper use of developed data tools and structures. Experience: * **3 to 5 years of professional experience** in data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, automation, digital solution development, or related fields. * Practical experience integrating information from diverse enterprise systems and data sources. * Experience working with databases, data models, and information transformation processes. * Experience creating dashboards, analytical tools, or digital solutions for business areas. * Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or 3PL/4PL companies is highly valued. * Experience working with data from WMS, TMS, and ERP systems is valued. * Experience in artificial intelligence projects, machine learning, RAG architectures, or generative AI applied to business is valued.
