The production process is automatic, therefore the operator's management focuses on keeping the automatic process running, limiting stoppages to only what is strictly necessary The tasks and responsibilities of an operator in the forming area are: * Operate the machine in a safe and sustainable manner * Perform autonomous setups with proper anticipation * Carry out autonomous maintenance * Always keep the work station clean and organized * Control the conformity of quantity and quality of materials and report any non-conformities or doubts regarding these to the immediate supervisor. * Properly verify the conformity of metal parts, specifically the parameters: flatness, width of the part, and length of the part checked using gauges; shape according to the projector, coating without irregularities or protruding wire, grease on parts. * Wash parts if they come out greased. * Perform coil changes and wire mounting. * Inspect production according to established time and method. * Stop the machine if the product is non-conforming, and immediately report the anomaly to the appropriate person depending on the case (supervisor, mechanic). * Place the product in the specified manner (packed in boxes, etc.). * Deliver production with all process information (coil, date, operator) to the warehouse every day. * Classify, mark, and deliver all scrap material. * Properly hand over the process to the next shift operator. The handover is done with machines in operation. * In cases of sudden stoppages due to damage, the machine must not be intervened by the operator. This is to facilitate root cause analysis. * Perform all tasks by strictly applying established methods and priorities. * Provide required information completely, accurately, and promptly.
