




At **LHR Américas**, we are looking for a **Suspension Finishing Officer** for one of our clients in the construction sector, a nationally recognized company specialized in the development of social interest housing (VIS) and non-VIS housing projects. We are seeking a highly competent and safety-committed Suspension Finishing Officer. If you have experience in the safe assembly of suspended and tubular scaffolding, handling fall protection equipment, and are passionate about achieving flawless finishes, we want to meet you! **️ Main Responsibilities** Carry out finishing activities in suspension at different stages of the project, ensuring compliance with the schedule established by the Site Management. Perform finishing work on facades, guaranteeing finishes that meet the company's quality standards. Prepare and mix necessary materials according to technical specifications to ensure the required finish quality. Safely assemble and install scaffolding (tubular and suspended), as well as inspect anchoring points and fall protection equipment before each task, ensuring compliance with safe working-at-height procedures. Perform activities related to delivery of common areas or after-sales service, following instructions from the immediate supervisor to address customer requirements. Carry out additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to contribute to the area's objectives. **Requirements** Complete primary education. Desirable **advanced-level safe work-at-height training****s**. **(Essential)** Proven experience in assembling and anchoring scaffolding (tubular and suspended) and handling fall protection equipment (harnesses, lanyards, lifelines, brakes, descenders, carabiners). Knowledge of suspension using lifelines. Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Suspension Finishing Officer in housing projects from 12 to 30 stories high. **Location** Project located in **northern Bogotá**. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays half-day (according to project scheduling). **Contract Terms** Work-based contract directly with the construction company.
