Contributes to the efficient execution of construction site activities A construction company located in Bogotá is currently seeking a **Tower Crane Rigger** for a construction project located in the San Cristóbal Sur district of Bogotá. **Profile:** Minimum **1 year** of experience in construction projects or activities related to supporting lifting operations. **Professional Profile** **Education:** Primary or secondary education (high school diploma preferred). Basic training in load handling and safety during lifting operations. Tower Crane Rigger course. Safe Work at Heights course. **Job Purpose:** Support tower crane operations by securing, organizing, and mobilizing materials, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and contributing to the efficient execution of construction site activities. 1\. Assist the tower crane operator during lifting and material transportation operations. 2\. Properly prepare, secure, and attach loads before each operation, following instructions from the signalman or crane operator. 3\. Verify that lifting equipment (slings, shackles, chains, and accessories) is in good condition. 4\. Organize and position materials at loading and unloading points. 5\. Guide the receipt and delivery of materials in coordination with the crane operator and site personnel. 6\. Maintain a clean, orderly, and obstacle-free work area. 7\. Report any unsafe conditions, equipment damage, or anomalies occurring during operations. 8\. Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with SG\-SST regulations. 9\. Support daily inspections of lifting equipment and work areas. 10\. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. 100% on-site commitment. * Indefinite-term contract with all statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. * Competitive salary.
