We invite you to join our team, identify with our **\#RumboSacyr** and help create infrastructures that improve people's lives. **Main functions and responsibilities for the Construction Supervisor position in construction and infrastructure** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * Supervise and lead on-site workforce and subcontractor teams during infrastructure project execution. * Coordinate the installation, relocation and protection of underground and overhead utilities (water, sewage, electricity, gas, fiber optics, drainage, etc.). * Ensure compliance with work plans, technical regulations and safety standards throughout all project phases. * Manage logistics of materials, machinery and field resources. * Monitor trenching, directional drilling and other civil works-related methods. * Prepare and maintain detailed records, redlines and "as-built" documentation of affected utilities. * Collaborate effectively in resolving conflicts and technical contingencies during project execution. * Participate in coordination meetings with clients, public agencies, contractors and utility companies. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations and company environmental policies. * Promote a safe, inclusive and results-oriented work environment. ### **Requirements and key competencies for the Civil Works Supervisor position** * Proven experience (minimum 5 years) leading teams in infrastructure and/or urban utility projects. * Academic High School Diploma * Proficiency with computer tools (Office, technical construction software and document control systems). * Proactive attitude, leadership, results orientation and problem-solving skills. * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention and experience in international construction environments will be valued positively. #### **Commitment to diversity and inclusion within the supervisor team** At Sacyr, we believe diversity drives innovation and excellence.
