Our ideal candidate will be a technician or technologist in Systems or related fields, with at least one year of experience. Experience in: * Office productivity software. * Office 365. * OneDrive. * SharePoint. * Active Directory. * Windows Server. * Isabell telephone system. * Networking, hardware, and software knowledge. * Tenant console and antivirus administration. * Execution and verification of backups. * Knowledge of WSUS. * Knowledge of computer hardware. * Report generation. * Firewall knowledge. * Wi\-Fi network configuration knowledge. * Knowledge of service management tools (GLPI, Tendency, Service Manager, or similar). Main responsibilities: * Equipment preparation. * Backups. * Office productivity software knowledge. * Office 365 email account configuration. * Active Directory configurations. * Printer configuration and supply replacement. * Monthly management report generation. * Following instructions. * Proactivity. * Strong communication skills with clients.
