The selected candidate will play a fundamental role in supporting departmental activities, ensuring accurate handling of information and compliance with legal regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES **Areas aligned with your strengths** All responsibilities entrusted to you: Expand all * **Invoice registration** Register invoices timely and accurately in the company’s accounting systems. * **Account reconciliations:** Support the review and reconciliation of bank accounts and other accounting accounts. * **DIAN receipt acknowledgments:** Manage and submit receipt acknowledgments via the DIAN platform, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * **Documentation review:** Verify that billing documentation is complete and meets legal and tax requirements for acceptance. * **Budget review:** Participate in budget review and analysis, ensuring correct application and compliance. * **Accounting file organization:** Maintain organized and accessible documentation for internal and external audits. * **Administrative support:** Collaborate on administrative tasks related to the accounting and finance area. EXPERIENCE **Your areas of knowledge and experience** most relevant for this role: * Currently enrolled student in the final semesters of Public Accounting or a related field. * Basic knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles. * Familiarity with the DIAN platform and related processes. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel and accounting systems. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Availability to complete a six-month to one-year internship.
