Opportunity for professional development **Role Description** We seek an operational intern or apprentice who is proactive and problem-solving oriented. This person will play a key role in providing technical support to end users, ensuring efficient and timely service while maintaining high service standards and process compliance. **Internship Objective** The primary objective is to strengthen IT support operations through: * Handling first-level support tickets * Preparing and configuring devices (onboarding and offboarding) * On-site technical support to users * Documenting processes, incidents, and solutions * Supporting IT asset management and inventory **Responsibilities** * Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, and basic networking) * Perform incident diagnosis and resolution using structured troubleshooting (OSI model) * Manage users in Active Directory * Escalate incidents when necessary * Ensure SLA compliance and response time requirements * Log and track support tickets * Deliver clear, empathetic, and effective user support **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a technical, technological, or professional program in Systems, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields * Basic knowledge of: * Windows 10/11 operating systems * Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) * Active Directory * Remote support tools (AnyDesk, RDP, or similar) * Fundamental networking concepts (IP, DNS, VLAN – introductory level) * Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar) * Preferred: Knowledge of antivirus or endpoint security solutions (e.g., Bitdefender) * No prior experience required; however, solid foundational knowledge and willingness to learn are essential **Key Skills** * Proactivity and problem-solving orientation * Effective communication and user-centric approach * Task organization and follow-up capability * Ability to work under pressure * Discipline in adhering to established processes **What We Offer** * Practical learning in a corporate environment * Ongoing mentoring and training * Exposure to real-world IT tools and processes * Opportunity for professional development Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Work Location: On-site
