





**Description:** Responsible for supervision, operational continuity, and incident response during the nighttime shift for any of the COES services. **Responsibilities:** At the administrative and personnel management level, must: * Operational Supervision: Ensure continuity of technological services during the nighttime shift. Monitor technological infrastructure and respond to detected events. * Incident Management: Handle, register, and escalate incidents according to established procedures. Coordinate contingency or recovery actions when necessary. * Execution of Scheduled Tasks: Supervise or execute backups, updates, scheduled preventive maintenance, etc. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in installation, support, administration, and IT operations management. * Experience in managing outsourced technology service delivery. * **Academic Background**: Systems Engineering degree. * **Technical Knowledge**: ITIL Foundation, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, Monitoring tools, Operating systems administration (Win/Linux), Monitoring and control of critical infrastructures, Basic knowledge of databases, backups, networks, and cybersecurity. * **Language:** Intermediate English. * **Skills:** Achievement orientation, communication, problem-solving, customer focus, teamwork, and collaboration. * **Job Skills:** Technical leadership to coordinate and lead the technical team.
