Position Summary: We are seeking a Program / Project Management Lead with experience leading strategic technology and cybersecurity programs, serving as the liaison between business units, technical teams, and executive stakeholders, responsible for coordinating complex initiatives, managing risks, and ensuring effective execution of plans aligned with organizational strategy. We seek a **Program / Project Management Lead** with experience leading strategic technology and cybersecurity programs, acting as the point of contact between business areas, technical teams, and executive stakeholders. This role will be responsible for coordinating complex initiatives, managing risks, ensuring goal achievement, and guaranteeing effective execution of plans aligned with organizational strategy. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the management and execution of strategic programs and projects. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and vendors to ensure delivery of agreed-upon outputs. * Manage risks, dependencies, schedules, and budgets. * Prepare and present executive reports, KPIs, and progress updates to stakeholders. * Facilitate steering committees, governance meetings, and decision-making processes. * Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. * Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical project execution. * Manage escalations and define action plans to meet commitments. * Coordinate multiple workstreams in dynamic, high-demand environments. **Requirements** * Experience leading technology, digital transformation, or cybersecurity programs or projects. * Knowledge of risk management, governance, and strategic initiative tracking. * Experience interacting with technical and executive stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously. * Advanced English (interaction with international teams and clients). * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. **Desirable Certifications** * PMP * PMI\-ACP * Scrum Master * Prince2 * Program or Project Management certifications **Bogotá, Barranquilla** **Hybrid work model** **Interaction with international teams in English** \#LI\-LATAM
