Responsibilities * Create and manage content for social media and internal channels. * Support employer branding campaigns and activations, integrating the DEI strategy. * Support university and community partnerships for talent attraction. * Participate in employer branding events and assist in measuring outcomes. * Monitor social media and the company’s digital reputation. Requirements * Currently enrolled student without a prior apprenticeship contract. * Interest in employer branding, marketing, communication, or human talent. * Creative skills, written communication ability, and organizational skills. * Basic proficiency in social media platforms and Office tools. * English is not mandatory but desirable. For this role, the gross annual starting base salary is \[X] \[currency] (full\-time).
