Promotes continuous improvement in the IT area. **Job Description** We are seeking a **ICT Analyst** with solid experience in technical support, cybersecurity, and leadership of technology projects. This person will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s hardware and software systems, implementing business-aligned cybersecurity policies, and leading technological initiatives across various organizational processes. **Responsibilities** * Manage technical support for hardware and software. * Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies. * Lead technology projects within business processes. * Manage technology vendors and ensure SLA compliance. * Document processes, incidents, and solutions. * Promote continuous improvement in the IT area. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Specialization in areas such as Cybersecurity, Project Management, or similar (desirable). * Minimum 5 years of general work experience. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT field, with active participation in process execution and technical leadership capability within the team. **Skills and Competencies** * Project management (certifications such as Scrum, PMP are a plus). * Teamwork and leadership. * Technical and business information analysis. * Effective communication with both technical and non-technical departments. * Adaptability to new technologies and agile methodologies. * Cybersecurity **Benefits** * Prepaid medical assistance * Commuting allowance * Snack machine * External and internal training * Career development plan Salary to be agreed upon between COP 3\.600\.000 \- 4\.000\.000 depending on qualifications and experience.
