We seek a professional with experience in **cybersecurity operations, team management, and SOC services**, capable of combining technical knowledge, leadership, and customer orientation to ensure the quality and evolution of our services. If you are motivated to work in a technological, dynamic, and highly specialized environment, this could be an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career. **Your Mission** ------------- Coordinate daily SOC operations, ensuring proper delivery of threat monitoring and detection services, appropriate team management, and compliance with established service-level agreements (SLAs) with our clients. You will serve as a key liaison between **security analysts, technical leaders, Project Managers, and clients**, contributing to the continuous evolution of SOC capabilities. **What You Will Do?** --------------- ### **SOC Operations and Coordination** * Coordinate daily activities of the security analyst team. * Supervise proper execution of monitoring, detection, analysis, and escalation processes for security events. * Track incidents and situations of exceptional criticality. * Ensure compliance with procedures, SLAs, and operational standards. * Identify deviations and opportunities for operational improvement. ### **Team Management** * Organize and distribute team activities according to service requirements. * Coordinate shifts, availability, and operational coverage. * Monitor performance and development of SOC members. * Identify training needs and contribute to technical development plans. * Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. ### **Customer Management** * Maintain communication with clients’ technical and security leads. * Participate in periodic service review meetings. * Prepare and present operational and performance reports. * Support resolution of critical situations and coordinate necessary actions with involved teams. ### **Quality and Continuous Improvement** * Analyze operational and service performance indicators. * Propose improvements to processes, procedures, and working methodologies. * Collaborate in defining and evolving detection use cases. * Drive automation and optimization of recurring tasks. * Participate in initiatives aimed at evolving SOC capabilities. **What We Are Looking For?** ------------------ * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum **7 years of experience in cybersecurity operations**, SOC, CSIRT, or managed security services. * Prior experience coordinating technical teams or cybersecurity services. * Knowledge of **monitoring, detection, and incident response processes**. * Familiarity with common SOC technologies and tools: **SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, and security platforms**. * Ability to analyze security events and incidents and coordinate their escalation. * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Customer and results orientation. * Technical English. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** ------------------------------- * Experience with **Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, CrowdStrike, Defender**, or equivalent technologies. * Knowledge of **MITRE ATT\&CK** and incident response frameworks. * Experience in 24x7 SOC services. * Knowledge of Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, or DFIR. * Certifications such as **SC\-200, Security\+, CySA\+, CEH, GCIH, CISSP, CISM**, or similar. * Experience working with corporate clients or high-criticality entities. ### **Take the Next Step in Your Career** If you have experience in cybersecurity operations, are passionate about team leadership, and want to be part of a continuously evolving SOC, **we want to meet you**. **Join S2 Grupo and help build a more prepared, intelligent, and resilient cybersecurity.**
