




Position Summary: We are seeking a support technician with experience in hardware, software, networking, operating systems, and basic cybersecurity to ensure the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in diagnosing and resolving operating system failures. 2. Proficiency in network protocols and device configuration. 3. Knowledge of virtualization, cloud systems, and Active Directory administration. At SSH Softaware Servicios y Hardware S.A., we are looking for a support technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in: * Knowledge of **hardware and software** (installation, maintenance, and repair). * Diagnosing and resolving **operating system failures** (Windows, Linux, macOS). * Use of **ticketing tools** (ServiceNow, Jira, GLPI, OTRS, etc.). * Proficiency in **network protocols** (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). * Configuration of **printers, peripherals, and networking equipment** (routers, switches, access points). * Basic knowledge of **virtualization** (VMware, Hyper\-V) and **cloud systems** (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). * Administration and support of **Active Directory, corporate email, Group Policy Objects (GPO)**. * Ability to perform **data backup and recovery (backup/restore)**. * Knowledge of **basic cybersecurity** (access control, antivirus, security patches). Academic qualification: Technical or technological degree in systems or related fields. Indefinite-term contract, 100% on-site at the MAZ Norte building in Bogotá. Workplace: On-site employment
