Job Summary: A Collections Analyst will manage credit operations, portfolio tracking, and process purchase orders, monitoring payment commitments and accounting applications. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description A Collections Analyst will perform credit operations, portfolio tracking, and process customer purchase orders in accordance with the organization’s strategic and operational plans. They will be responsible for monitoring customer payment commitments, accounting applications of these payments, and continuous control of purchase orders. Take your career to the next level as a Collections Analyst! **What You’ll Do:** * Conduct customer financial evaluations using a Credit Template to assign credit limits. * Analyze accounts and financial profiles to identify risk levels and credit exposure. * Perform daily collection activities through ongoing communication with customers, issuing account statements, and tracking outstanding payments. * Contact customers by phone, email, and written correspondence to secure payments, resolve disputes, and maintain positive business relationships. * Apply received customer payments in the accounting system. * Establish payment plans with customers and negotiate payment agreements when necessary. * Diligently and thoroughly analyze customer purchase orders. * Create new customers in the system and block those to whom we cannot sell due to non-payment. * Assign appropriate credit limits enabling customers to conduct business with us. * Maintain up-to-date portfolio aging, focusing on the most relevant customers and invoices: by due date age and amount. * Administer and control sales transactions to ensure they meet minimum requirements for processing. * Process new business and manage exposure with customers holding overdue invoices. **What We’re Looking For:** * Required education level: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance. * Languages: Intermediate English (preferred) * Years of experience: 2 years * Desired area of experience (positions held, departments, roles): Finance, credit, collections, treasury. * Knowledge or skills: Accounting — account statements and banking reports; taxes — numerical analysis; ERPs; Intermediate to Advanced Excel. **Working Conditions:** * Professional office environment (Hybrid). * Occasional non-standard working hours or overtime as required by business needs.
