Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for process management with experience in service management tools. Key Highlights: 1. Professional with a background in engineering or related fields 2. ITIL v4 or higher certification is mandatory 3. Experience in process management and HP Service Manager * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Certification:** Must hold **ITIL v4** or higher certification. * **Experience:** Minimum of **2 years** working as a Process Manager (calculated from the date of issuance of the professional license). * **Tools:** At least **1 year** of hands-on experience using **HP Service Manager** for incident and request management. NOTE: To validate **work experience**, official certifications detailing the functions performed are mandatory. Only work experience subsequent to the issuance of the professional license will be recognized.
