Coordination of implementation windows and incident management. At Gencell Pharma, we are currently seeking an Implementation Engineer. Experience: More than two (2\) years in application implementation, deployment, or support. Experience in production release processes and change management. Experience working with development, QA, and business teams. Management Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps; basic SQL knowledge is desirable in development, QA, and production environments. Key Responsibilities include: \- Planning and executing software deployments in testing, pre-production, and production environments. \- Coordinating implementation windows with technical teams and business units. \- Executing and/or supporting functional, technical, and regression testing prior to production. \- Providing internal customer support during and after implementation (initial support / stabilization). \- Managing post-implementation incidents and coordinating their resolution with relevant teams. \- Ensuring traceability of implementations and quality evidence. Academic Qualification: Systems Engineering or related field (university graduate). Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
