In this Lead AI Engineer role, you will build agents and platform capabilities, set up strong delivery pipelines and monitoring, and lead architecture decisions and key programs. Apply now to help scale our production agent ecosystem **Responsibilities** * Create complete applications, AI agents, and platform components to accelerate GenAI agent build, testing, and release * Implement developer tools, streamline CI/CD automation, and improve observability, including evaluation frameworks, canary deployments, rollback mechanisms, and monitoring for cost and quality * Enforce secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first engineering, including threat analysis and least\-privilege controls * Coordinate with product owners, UX specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver user\-centered outcomes * Use current LLM approaches such as retrieval\-augmented generation, intelligent routing, tool integration, and evaluation to raise reliability, cut decision time, improve trust and safety, and manage query costs * Lead technically by shaping architecture, coaching engineers, and owning major initiatives **Requirements** * 5\+ years of practical experience in software engineering roles * 1\+ year of experience leading engineers and coordinating team execution * Demonstrated ability to deliver software solutions solo or in small, high\-velocity teams * Experience moving AI agents from prototype to production, including safety reviews, A/B testing, and continuous iteration * Hands\-on proficiency with LangChain or LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, and OpenSearch * Working knowledge of machine learning fundamentals across training, deployment, and ongoing oversight * Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA compliance expectations * Strong problem\-solving ability, collaborative communication, and personal accountability * Advanced full\-stack engineering skills and exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments * Practical experience with CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code * Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering concepts and service operations * Knowledge of quality assurance processes and software testing methodologies * Awareness of secure development lifecycle practices and privacy\-first approaches * Proficiency in TypeScript development * English level B2\+ (Upper\-Intermediate) or above, spoken and written **Nice to have** * Knowledge of large language model internals, limitations, and techniques like fine\-tuning and model customization * Hands\-on experience delivering Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
