**Job Description**
----------------------
Provide legal support to the CCC by reviewing minutes of contracts and agreements,
as well as other documents involved in the procurement process.
Handle internal and external legal inquiries related to the CCC’s procurement activities and issue legal opinions on contractual matters. Report public contracts to SECOP and assist in collecting signatures for contracts to be executed via this platform. Provide legal guidance to departments during project structuring and execution.
Review and draft minutes, contracts, agreements, official acts, and other documents associated with procurement activities, verifying compliance with CCC-established requirements and supporting documents—such as insurance policies, proposals, commencement minutes, and settlement minutes. Conduct chronological tracking of signed contracts and agreements, including their execution status and expiration dates, and promptly inform relevant departments.
Monitor procurement processes and prepare progress, management, and compliance reports related to such processes. Support implementation of the department’s action plan and preparation of the General Secretariat’s management report. Identify and timely report findings, improvement opportunities, and legal risks to the supervisor.
Participate in assigned meetings and committees; keep the supervisor informed about matters within your scope of responsibility; and implement the PHVA cycle for the process. Support the Registry Department during critical service periods to ensure continuity and service quality. Perform required administrative tasks in the CCC’s technological applications according to established procedures, and carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, consistent with the nature and level of the position.
**Candidate Requirements**

* LAW DEGREE
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of legal practice.
* Knowledge of public and private contractual matters.
* Basic English proficiency
* 2 years of general experience
* 1 year of specific experience in related positions
