Your mission will be to prepare and ensure the accurate and timely submission of all reports required by various regulatory authorities, in full compliance with current regulations. You will also support the preparation of accounting and tax reports for management and other internal or external departments. ### **What You’ll Do** * Prepare and submit all reports required by the Superintendence of Residential Public Services (SSPD) within mandated deadlines, according to established frequency and timelines. * Ensure that information received from internal departments meets the quality and requirements needed to produce the required reports. * Prepare and submit all reports required by the Ministry of Mines and Energy within mandated deadlines, according to established frequency and timelines. * Prepare and submit all public lighting and security fee reports, according to established frequency and timelines. * Report on and guarantee payment of contributions, public lighting collections, and security fees. * Respond to information requests from various regulatory authorities regarding reporting, and support responses to other related requests. * Identify and automate manual, repetitive processes impacting reporting efficiency. * Comply with and propose policies and procedures associated with the area and its responsibilities. * Timely support fiscal review and internal and external audit requirements. * Ensure proper accounting impact of closing processes and payments related to contributions, public lighting, and security fees. * Store all prepared reports and associated working papers to maintain documentation for potential audits. * Support the preparation of accounting and tax reports. ### **Requirements to Succeed in This Role** * Industrial Engineer or Business Administrator. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in this role. * Data analysis and process automation skills; advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. * Proficiency in Power BI. ### **You’ll Live and Be Part of a Cultural Experience** * \uD83C\uDF0D Ownership: We think and act as owners of Bia—not just completing tasks, but taking ownership from the first step through to the final outcome.
