This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Job Objective** ---------------------- Coordinate and control the logistics processes of the assigned operation by planning and implementing necessary controls to ensure smooth process execution and product management according to customer requirements. **Requirements** -------------- * Graduate of a technical program in logistics, engineering, administration, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles * Proven experience managing the **NTV system (mandatory)** * Experience in people management * Knowledge and hands-on experience in logistics operations, report management, and performance indicators * Knowledge and hands-on experience in cost and inventory management * Proficiency in Excel and Office applications **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Oversee warehouse operations—including receiving, storage, order picking, and distribution—with the objective of maintaining well-organized inventory to facilitate accessibility and optimize available space * Administer, execute, and monitor logistics operations in accordance with parameters set by the client and the company, aiming to optimize resources, generate added value, and achieve expected profitability * Monitor all operational processes and ensure continuous improvement at all levels * Coordinate and analyze inventory management (daily, cycle, monthly, and closing counts) * Address and follow up on operational incidents or anomalies * Oversee warehouse operations—including receiving, storage, order picking, and distribution * Ensure shipments are scheduled appropriately, delivery timelines are met, and product distribution is efficient * Continuously track logistics KPIs to identify potential deviations, implement improvements, and maintain full product traceability * Manage assigned personnel promptly and humanely, serving as a facilitator between team needs and required deliverables
