




We are seeking a **Practicum Coordinator**, responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the institution’s **professional internship processes**, ensuring appropriate alignment between academic training and the workplace, compliance with institutional guidelines, and applicable current regulations governing training internships. **Main responsibilities:** ✅ Plan, coordinate, and comprehensively monitor the institution’s **professional internship process** for technical programs. ✅ Manage, formalize, and update **internship agreements** with partner companies and institutions, ensuring relevant and formative learning environments. ✅ Monitor students’ **academic, disciplinary, and training performance** during their internship period. ✅ Serve as liaison among **students, companies, and the institution**, ensuring timely and effective communication. ✅ Verify compliance with institutional **requirements for initiation, execution, and completion of internships**, including documentation, evaluations, and reports. ✅ Prepare, consolidate, and submit **internship management reports**, ensuring process control, traceability, and continuous improvement. ✅ Ensure compliance with **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) basic conditions** at internship sites, in accordance with current regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **one (1) year** of experience coordinating internships, academic administration, or related administrative roles. * Solid knowledge of **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Possession of a **motorcycle** and availability to travel to partner companies. * Skills in **organization, document management, process monitoring**, and use of technological tools. **Desired profile:** * A **proactive, organized, and results-oriented** individual. * Excellent **communication, interpersonal relationship, and external partner management** skills. * Ability to **work collaboratively, under pressure, and with a strong sense of responsibility**. * Commitment to **academic quality and students’ holistic development**.
