Responsibilities include coordinating visits and collecting field information Rural Surveyor – Coffee Sector \| Risaralda A major agricultural sector project requires a **Rural Surveyor** to conduct fieldwork on coffee farms in the department of Risaralda. We seek committed individuals with strong interpersonal skills, fieldwork experience, and daily availability to travel to rural areas on their own motorcycle. Salary and Benefits **Estimated monthly income: $3\.000\.000** * Base salary: $2\.000\.000 * Transportation allowance: $249\.095 * Motorcycle allowance: $350\.906 * Quality survey bonus: $400\.000 * Overtime, Sunday, and holiday pay when applicable * Statutory benefits Work Location Risaralda Preferably residents of: * La Celia * Balboa * Santuario Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Contract Type Project-based contract Requirements * High school diploma, technical or technological degree. * Training in agricultural fields, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), or related disciplines. * Personal motorcycle with up-to-date documentation. * Minimum age: 23 years. * Minimum 2 years of fieldwork experience in agriculture, extension visits, or rural accompaniment. * Prior experience on coffee farms is desirable. * Proficiency with digital tools and mobile applications. * Experience administering surveys and collecting field information. Responsibilities * Conduct face-to-face surveys on coffee farms. * Coordinate visits with farm owners and managers. * Plan travel routes. * Travel to assigned rural areas. * Record information using a mobile application. * Submit collected information daily. * Meet quality and timeline targets set by the project. * Report issues to the Project Coordinator.
